Scott Hessels is a native of Grand Rapids, Michigan, who has lived abroad for the past 30 years. He now lives in Singapore. His entry in ArtPrize 2009 is “The Image Mill: Sustainable Cinema #1,” which is set up in the waterfall outside the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Museum.
